Service Advisory, Saturday May 25, 7:50am: There is a possibility that we will
be substituting motor coaches for the ferry for this morning's 8:30am and
10:30am trips. What was forecasted as 5' seas yesterday now look to be between
6' and 7' seas. We will be making the decision after we receive the 8:10am
buoy report.
The rest of the day should see lower wave heights, so, the chances of running
the ferry will increase.
Should we end up operating coaches, they will operate on a departure schedule
identical to the ferries. Departure locations will be from the ticket offices
in both Boston and Ptown. Travel times over road are generally 2 hrs and 20
minutes on the weekends.
